How can we address and influence the system of innovation within the public sector to facilitate and harness the power of entrepreneurial energy?
A rhetorical language rooted in innovation management literature and startup methodology, but tailored to the tight logic and terminology of public sector role descriptions. The project was also a spin-off from language and recommendations developed by KOMET — the Committee for Technological Innovation and Ethics — a government-appointed committee (2018–2022) tasked with enabling responsible governance and innovation development for public sector actors in Sweden.
